Founded by Josefine Kidon-Selzer, also known as Josephine Kinsey, the agency operates with a founder-led, independent approach. Josefine represents and manages a curated roster of creators, artists, and cultural speakers, connecting high-end brands with carefully selected talent in Berlin and beyond.

With over a decade of experience in Public Relations, partnerships, and talent management, her background spans Fashion PR and project-led artist management. She previously worked at the renowned 3D motion studio Sucuk und Bratwurst, where she managed large-scale projects and partnerships with internationally recognised brands including Burberry, Breitling, and Rimowa.

Alongside her management work, Josefine is the co-founder of Sparks Social Club, where she leads operations and partnerships, shaping thoughtfully produced experiences that balance cultural relevance, strategic intent, and meticulous execution.
